Jeffrey is a sustainable development and resilience specialist leading BSR’s global government and foundations practice.
Working closely with BSR’s experts, member companies, and development partners, Jeffrey spearheads innovative grant-funder and corporate partnership solutions to solve critical sustainability challenges. He oversees donor partnership development and strategy, grant project design, and portfolio operations.
Prior to joining BSR, Jeffrey worked for numerous United Nations agencies (UNDESA, UNOPS, UNEP, UNIDO, and UNESCAP) advising governments and companies on sustainable development, climate change, and resilience policies and strategies. He has managed and led the design of large-scale sustainable development programs and projects with operations in more than 30 developing countries across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas, including responding to humanitarian crises.
He has designed various national-level capacity development initiatives and been a key technical speaker at major United Nations forums and conferences on climate change, disaster risk reduction, resilient infrastructure, SDG strategy and environmental fiscal reform.
