L'équipe BSR | Yating Shen

Yating provides critical support for BSR's financial services members and clients by helping them understand the environmental, social, and governance impacts of their investments in China. She also helps coordinate key events for financial services stakeholders, such as the annual Asia Socially Responsible Investment Roundtable. Yating is also a key member of the CiYuan team, a BSR initiative building cross-sector partnerships to enhance the value of social investment in China.

Prior to joining BSR, Yating spent two years as the payroll administrator in the human resources department at IKEA Shared Services in Shanghai.

Yating holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from the University of Surrey, and an M.Sc in Corporate Social Responsibility from Nottingham University.
