Serena keeps the bustling and fast-paced New York office up and running by being its key contact for human resources, finance, and information technology. Serena coordinates the New York office's daily operations, including: leading the team's internal administrative processes related to setting up, delivering, and closing consulting projects; providing administrative assistance to the vice president and director-level staff, managing and tracking the team's financials; monitoring and reporting on the budgets for ongoing projects; and coordinating the logistics for both internal and external meetings and conference calls. Serena also supports the Health Care Working Group, the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative, and the Media Licensing Working Group.
Prior to joining BSR, Serena worked as an office manager and a marketing and PR assistant in the apparel/textile industry for nearly ten years. In this capacity, she managed the daily operations of a fashion conglomerate while also providing executive administrative support.
Serena is a candidate for a B.S. in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Hunter College New York.
