Min Bao

Min focuses primarily on the implementation of BSR's CiYuan Program. She also works with various BSR industries on development issues.

Previously, Min was a training manager for the Winrock International Institute for Agricultural Development, where she developed strategies and work plans for trainings on livelihood development, environmental protection, cultural preservation, and organizational capacity-building. Prior to that, she was the southwest program support coordinator and deputy regional manager at Actionaid International China, where she was responsible for developing and implementing projects on livelihood, women's development, health, education, disaster risk reduction, and governance. She has also held academic positions at the Center for Natural Resources and Environment Management, Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand, and the Faculty of Resources, Southwest Forestry University, China.

Min holds an M.A. in social forestry from the University of the Philippines, Los Banos, and a B.S. in geography from the School of Resources and Environmental Science, Beijing Normal University
