As Associate Director, Aditi leads BSR’s Information and Communications Technology practice for companies headquartered in the U.S. Her role includes working with companies in the telecommunications, consumer electronics, equipment manufacturing, internet, and software industries to improve the sustainability of their operations and products by focusing on issues such as human rights, supply chain, climate change, and sustainable product design.
Aditi joined BSR in December 2012 from Calvert Investment Management, a leading sustainable and responsible investment firm. At Calvert, Aditi had a number of roles, including leading Calvert’s research and analysis on the ICT sector and engagements with companies on gender equality and corporate governance issues. Most recently, Aditi led strategic planning initiatives for the Calvert Executive Committee.
Aditi holds an M.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University and a B.S. in International Economics from the University of Florida.
