BSR San Francisco invites you to a happy hour at our 88 Kearny St. office with Natalie Bridgeman Fields, the founder and executive director of Accountability Counsel.

The San Francisco-based Accountability Counsel assists communities around the world to defend their environmental and human rights through direct support and policy advocacy. Ms. Fields will discuss her organization’s work with indigenous peoples in places such as Mexico, Papua New Guinea, and Peru to voice their grievances through non-judicial accountability mechanisms. She will explore the challenges of using these mechanisms from a community perspective and how they can be used creatively when there is no other forum available to offer redress for human rights and environmental violations.

Join BSR staff and friends for this unique opportunity to learn about an organization on the front line of human rights and to network with the human rights, sustainability, and corporate responsibility community in the Bay Area.
