Where BSR Will Be in February
Here’s a roundup of where BSR staff will be and the events we will be hosting this month:
Where We’ll Be:
Advisory Services Manager Chhavi Ghuliani will be speaking on a CSR panel at the 2012 Wharton Social Impact Conference on February 3 in Philadelphia.
From February 22 to 24, President and CEO Aron Cramer will be speaking at The Economist’s World Oceans Summit in Singapore.
And on February 27, Vice President Kara Hurst will be attending the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) event “Breaking New Ground: Partnerships for More and Better Jobs for Young People” in New York.
What We’re Hosting:
As we celebrate our 20th anniversary this year, we will be hosting a series of debates in our Paris office that bring together decision-makers and thought leaders to discuss how companies can address the dilemmas and complex issues related to sustainable development and CSR.
On February 9, our Paris office will host the first debate: “Creating Collective Solutions Through Collaboration Between Companies and Its Stakeholders.”
Also in Paris this month, we will continue our workshop series, “Building Shared Value in a Complex World,” with an event on February 27 on “Building Effective Local Content Strategies.” Advisory Services Director Michael Hackenbruch will present along with guest companies.
