Where BSR Will Be in December
As we close out 2011, here is a roundup of a few of the places where BSR will be and what we’re hosting. We hope to see you there!
Where We’ll Be
Beijing Advisory Services Manager Adam Lane will be speaking about corporate volunteering at the Volunteering Expo 2011 & Volunteering for Harmonious Social Development Forum taking place on December 4 and 5 at the Beijing Normal University.
From December 5 to 8, President and CEO Aron Cramer will be speaking at the 20th World Petroleum Congress in Doha, Qatar.
On December 6, Beijing Office Director David Gong and CiYuan Manager Brooke Avory will be speaking at a salon on NGO credibility and transparency in partnership with the China Charity Information & Donation Centre and the International Committee on Fundraising Organizations (ICFO).
You can also catch Brooke at a seminar hosted by Beijing Normal University’s One Foundation Philanthropy Research Centre and the Catholic University on developments in the nonprofit sector on December 7.
And finally, BSR will be following remotely the COP17/CMP7 United Nations Climate Change Conference 2011 in Durban, South Africa from November 28 to December 9. Climate and Energy Manager Ryan Schuchard and Advisory Services Associate Tiffany Finley will be blogging and tweeting about the event. What We’re Hosting
BSR members can join us for a free webinar on Introducing the New ‘Scope 3’ Value Chain Greenhouse Gas Inventory Standard on December 7.
As part of the Ateliers Perspectives et Solutions RSE breakfast series, the Paris office is hosting an event in French on the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Global Compact’s LEAD Program on December 7.
