What is the registration process?
Conference registrations can only be accepted through our online registration system.
Are volunteer opportunities available?
Due to the scope, format, and staffing needs of the Conference, there are regrettably no volunteer opportunities. We genuinely appreciate your interest in supporting the Conference.
Are there any scholarships available to supplement my registration fee?
We genuinely appreciate your consideration and interest in the program. As a nonprofit, BSR is unable to offer scholarships for the Conference. Should any future funding become available, we will update our website accordingly.
Are registration discounts available?
Early, advance, and standard rates are available for both BSR members and nonmembers. NGOs, academics, and government organizations receive a discounted registration rate at any time. Visit the "Registration Information" page for detailed registration rates.
Can I submit a session topic or suggest a speaker?

Can I opt to attend only one day of the Conference?
Yes, day rates are available. Visit the "Registration Information" page for detailed registration rates.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
We will offer an 80 percent refund to those who postmark or email their cancellation by September 30, 2011. For additional information, review our full cancellation policy.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company if I cannot attend?
To make a substitution, email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the on-site registration counter. This will simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.
How can I receive additional information regarding BSR membership?
To receive information regarding BSR membership, visit the BSR membership page for details.
Organizations that confirm membership prior to October 18 will receive the member registration rates. Prepaid nonmember registration fees will be refunded the difference.
Are sponsorships available?

What is the dress code?
The BSR Conference does not have a dress code. The usual attire is general business or business casual.

On-site registration for the BSR Conference 2011 is available beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday November 1.
