Sylvie manages the Human Resources functions for BSR's U.S. staff, including benefits, compensation, training, performance management, and recruiting. She also works on global HR initiatives and projects.
Prior to joining BSR, Sylvie worked in human resources for the Lycée Français of San Francisco and Edgewood, a social services agency that works with children and families. She also has global HR experience from her work at Antima, a watch company in Switzerland.
Sylvie holds an MBA from San Francisco State University and BA in Psychology and French from UCLA.
