Carolina brings a solid knowledge of sustainability strategy and consulting to BSR´s South America office, particularly in environmental management systems. At BSR, she has worked with companies from a variety of sectors, including energy, financial services, health care, information and communications technology, and transport and logistics. Her projects have included materiality assessments, sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and integration of sustainability strategies, policies, and governance.
Prior to joining BSR, Carolina worked as a consultant on projects around solid waste management, focusing on waste recycling and cooperative activities. She has also conducted research on implementation strategies for eco-industrial parks.
Carolina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of São Paulo, with a specialization in Environmental Management and Sustainability at the University of São Paulo. She speaks fluent Portuguese and English, as well as basic Japanese.
