Ariel works with Chinese companies expanding overseas to develop global CSR strategies and practices, as well as with multinational companies to help them understand corporate responsibility issues in China.
Prior to joining BSR, Ariel worked extensively with large corporations, financial institutions, and government agencies to help them develop market entry and growth strategies and optimize organizational structures and operational processes. She was a project supervisor for a large sportswear retailer and was responsible for defining and steering the implementation of strategic planning projects. Before that, Ariel worked on more than 20 strategic consulting and research projects across various sectors with the Monitor Group and Marbridge Consulting.
Ariel holds an M.A. in mass communication from Peking University and a B.A. in English language and literature from Central China Normal University.
