Richard brings 10 years of experience working in a dispersed IT environment to his role of IT Director at BSR. His primary goal is to provide BSR's global staff with the IT tools and infrastructure it needs to be successful in its mission.

Prior to joining BSR, Richard was IT Director for Adventure Center, a North American based adventure travel company with five offices in the U.S. and Canada and partner companies in Asia, Australia, and Europe. With prior experience in sales, marketing and operations in the USA, Europe and Africa, Richard brings a broad perspective to his role at BSR.

Richard holds a B.A., cum laude, in business management from Saint Mary's College of California.
