With a strong background in financial and project management, Jamie manages pre- and post-award activities for BSR's global Partnership Development team. She supports proposal development, submission, administration, and reporting. She plays a role in refining BSR's internal processes for partnership research, database management, and budgeting grant-funded and partnership initiatives. Jamie also interfaces with the Finance team on contracts, payments, and budgets.
Prior to joining BSR, Jamie worked as a financial analyst and grants administrator at Weill Cornell Medical College, where she was responsible for the public health department budgets and managing grant and contracts with the United States Food and Drug Administration, Centers for Disease Control, and Department of Health and Human Services, as well as Kaiser Permanente and the Brookings Institution. Jamie has served as a geographic information systems manager for the City of Newburgh, New York, where she focused on securing funds and providing technical analysis to water protection and land use planning projects. She was also a geospatial analyst with the United States Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service, working on soil and agriculture conservation projects.
Jamie holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the New York University Stern School of Business and an M.A. in Environmental Studies from the New York University Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
