Who should attend the BSR Conference?: The BSR Conference attracts a global audience of business executives of all levels and distinguished leaders from the public sector and civil society who are working together to advance responsible business practices.

What is the registration process?: To register for the BSR Conference 2009, please complete the online registration form at www.iplanevents.com/bsrorg2009.
Are registration discounts available?: Early, advance, and standard rates are available for both BSR members and non-members. NGOs, academics, and government organizations receive a discounted registration rate at any time. Please visit the Registration Information page for more details.
Can I opt to attend only one day of the Conference?: Yes, day rates are available. Please visit Registration Information page for more details.
Can I receive a press pass for the Conference?: BSR offers press passes to journalists with verified credentials. To request a press pass, send your credentials to Eva Dienel at web@bsr.org.
What if I need to cancel my registration?: Cancellations postmarked or emailed by September 21, 2009, will receive an 80 percent refund. For additional information please review our full cancellation policy.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company if I cannot attend?: Cancellations postmarked or emailed by September 21, 2009, will receive an 80 percent refund. For additional information please review our full cancellation policy. To make a substitution, please email registration@bsr.org or bring a written statement/email from the person who will not be attending to the onsite registration counter. This will help to simplify the transfer process and expedite registration.

Can I submit a session topic or suggest a speaker?: Thank you for your interest in speaking opportunities at the BSR Conference 2009. Please visit our Speaker Inquiries page for additional information.
Are there any sponsorships available?: A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available. If you would like additional information, please contact our Conference Director, Pamela Ellman, by email at conference@bsr.org, or by phone at +1 415 984 3271.
Are there any volunteer opportunities available?: Due to the scope, format, and staffing needs of the Conference, there are regrettably no volunteer opportunities available. We genuinely appreciate your interest in supporting the Conference.
Are there any scholarships available to supplement my registration fee?: We genuinely appreciate your consideration and interest in the program. As a nonprofit, BSR is unable to offer scholarships for the Conference. Should any future funding become available, we will update our website accordingly.

Can I register onsite for the BSR Conference 2009?: Onsite registration for the BSR Conference 2009 is available beginning on Tuesday, October 20, 2009.
Is a Conference attendee list available?: BSR is pleased to launch a private, social networking website to replace our traditional participant database. This is a secure, participant-only website to encourage collaborations, discussions, and meetings before, during, and after the Conference. Personally identifiable information, such as postal address, email address, and telephone number, may be voluntarily shared. Participants may not use the BSR Conference networking database to distribute commercial solicitation or other mass communication (such as direct mail).

What is the dress code for the Conference?: The BSR Conference does not have a dress code. The usual attire is general business or business casual.

How can I receive additional information regarding BSR membership?: To receive information regarding BSR membership, please visit the Membership page for details. Organizations that confirm membership prior to October 12 will receive the member registration rates. Prepaid non-member registration fees will be refunded the difference.
