An integral resource in solidifying BSR's East Coast presence, Blythe works with companies from a wide range of industries in focused consulting and collaborative working groups. Her project work includes CSR strategy design and implementation, stakeholder engagements, and supply chain assessments for companies in the pharmaceutical, energy, and mining industries. She also provides crucial support to BSR's Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative, a group of major pharmaceutical companies who share a vision of better social, economic, and environmental outcomes for all those involved in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Prior to joining BSR, Blythe led economic development policy and consulting initiatives at the Council on Competitiveness, where her work focused on the effective involvement of business leaders in development projects. She has also co-authored "Engage. A Practitioner's Guide for Effective Engagement of Business Leaders in Regional Development." In addition, Blythe has worked as a systems analyst and in international trade.
Blythe holds a B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science and International Area Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. She has also studied at the London School of Economics and in France.
