Xin Zhuo, Manager, Advisory Services

With a strong consulting background in the financial industry, Xin works primarily with companies in the banking, private equity, and mutual fund sectors on corporate responsibility, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and environmental, social, and governance monitoring and engagement. She is also the lead author of BSR's recent report on sustainable investment in China.

Prior to joining BSR, Xin spent four years at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private arm of the World Bank Group, where she developed extensive public and private consulting experience, including legal and regulatory reform, institutional capacity building, industry-focused diagnostics, and energy efficiency financing programs. During this time, she also worked with BSR and the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition on the Foreign Investment Advisory Service and information communications and technology capacity-building project in China.

Xin holds an M.S. in Finance from the University of Aberdeen, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado at Denver.
